Reject the diet mentality! It’s not about looking good or even loosing weight! It’s about doing what is necessary to get and keep your body healthy. When we focus on a number on the scale, we lose sight of measuring how we FEEL. Although I don’t have “weight issues”, I can empathise with dieters because eating healthy and getting enough sleep is IMPERATIVE to keep my already challenged heart and lungs functioning well. It’s like they say, “beauty is on the inside,” so keep the inside healthy.
